Psalm 89

In the psalm, Ethan describes __6__ concepts of the Davidic Covenant that brought Joy and pain to the people of Israel.

1.    God is love (1-2),

2.   God's love flowed in the established of a covenant with David (3-4),

3.   The blessings of that covenant was profound (5-29),

4.   God announced covenantal warnings (30-37),

5.   God pronounced judgment on covenantal transgressions (38-45),

6.   A sinner’s humility and the hope for covenantal restoration (46-52).
